Backtagging: I am fine with backtagging so long as if there is pertinent things we want to have happen I'm already aware of them. It just keeps it straight for consistency and allows me to continue on to newer tags.
Threadhopping: The more the merrier!
Fourthwalling: I don't think this is allowed in most games so, no. Although I think that might be difficult anyway given his canon.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I like to push the boundaries as far as offensive topics. I think some of the best rping comes from facing the dark reality of life. So far I haven't run into any offensive subjects that I'm not willing to tackle. If you're worried, ask.

Flirting with this character: He is a professional charmer and politician. Expect to be flirted with or brown nosed. Just don't expect it to be genuine.
Fighting with this character: Fighting can be lots of fun. Go ahead. He's not without his defenses though so don't expect it to be an easy one.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. He's a vampire. He can heal just about anything thrown at him.
Killing this character: Not unless it's a really cool plot point.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Dimitri doesn't have any real defense against this. However, if you are a WOD vampire and a higher generation than him then it won't work.
Smut/ Kinks: Have at.
Warnings:
Dimitri is sexist. He comes from a very old school family and vampire clan. He does not view women as equals. However, he also subscribes to old world chivalry. He will treat a woman as a lady.
Dimitri also is manipulative and a liar. Don't expect him to play fair.
Powers:
Dimitri's a vampire. He has several tricks up his pressed white sleeves. He is a low generation, which means he's a strong vampire. He can go probably a week in between feeding if need be before starting to get dangerously hungry. He is naturally stronger, has keener senses, and faster than a human. However, none of these to a large extent since they are not his focus.
Dimitri has three disciplines with a couple powers under each. The first is his weakest is Fortitude. It is harder to hurt him than a normal human or a vampire without this ability. The second discipline is Presence. This is the ability to sway people's emotions in a given situation. The first power under the category of Presence is Awe. He can captivate anywhere from one person to a whole room of people to find whatever it is he is asking them to do more agreeable or appealing. It is not mind control exactly, since the person does have the ability to not follow along with it. The next power is Dread Gaze. He can look at someone and his eyes can send such a terrifying sense of dread to them that they run in terror. The last one, which is the most powerful is Entrancement. He can captivate a single individual for a random length of time (depending on how well the power works) and that person is under his spell. The person just thinks he is so amazingly wonderful that they will do whatever they can to please him and won't be able to harm him.
The third discipline is Dominate, which is mind control. The first power is a single word mind control called 'Command'. The second is where he can speak a sentence to convince a person to do what he wants, but they believe it is their own idea. It is called 'Mesmerize'. The last power of Dominate is Forgetful Mind. Dimitri can use Forgetful Mind to make someone forget memories and even manipulate the memories into something else entirely. For all of these powers of Dominate, he must maintain eye contact but like a snake, it's really hard for the other person to look away.
Please warn me when there is silver being used in a scene.
